A new message everyone,
World events have left our people on the land without media attention again! It would appear that Lee Kernaghan is the only one who seems to care? Whilst Lee has genuinely tried to do something he does not appear to be getting much support from the powers that be. Now look, I'm no pal of Lee's but seriously he does need to be listened to on rural problems. Government wakeup! They feed you too!!
Oz truck drivers need some real support too.

Hi everyone,
A new message for all, firstly I do have a gig or 2 coming up with my new R’n’B band NAILHEAD and I’ll be doing the odd show around Melbourne when I get the chance to rehearse, I’ll be posting dates soon.
While I’m here I’d like to also send a message out to anyone that may have Ideas on how to help Australians on the land. Right now an unprecedented tragedy is unfolding in Australia after nearly 10 years of relentless drought.
In the city we often take for granted the food we have on our tables, with never a thought for how it got there or the great risk that those who produce it take. In Australia right now one farmer is committing suicide EVERY 4 Days. The effect on rural communities of debt and depression is overwhelming. THEY NEED HELP!! There needs to be a national campaign, not just a fundraiser a State, Federal, Corporate and Business attack on this problem. People like Jeff Kennett, Alan Jones, Dick Smith, James Packer, John Howard, Kevin Rudd and Particularly THE LAST TWO!! Together no politics, there are Australians now really hurting and they need help. If I do nothing here but start the ball rolling I don’t care. All of my friends in Country, Pop music, Jazz all kinds of music talk this up! Get involved ask questions get everyone involved here!
The truth is eventually if nothing is done it WILL affect us all.
Those who read this and feel strongly enough, send a message all POSITIVE suggestions, ideas are welcome.
